Terms of service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

1. About Us

This website and online store are operated by Organza Natural Skincare Limited, trading as Organza Natural Skincare (“Organza”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access our website, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our services. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy also form part of these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

2. Our Details

Organza Natural Skincare Limited
Trading as Organza Natural Skincare
Company number: 11883067
Registered in England and Wales
Registered office: C/O WIM Accountants, 37 New North Road, Ilford, Hainault, England, IG6 2UE, United Kingdom
Email: organzaskincare26@gmail.com

The registered office is not our operational return address. Products must not be returned to the registered office unless we expressly authorise this in writing.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

4. Products and Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, packaging updates and differences between device displays. These minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Packaging, labels and product presentation may be updated from time to time, provided that the product remains materially consistent with its description.

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity that can be purchased where reasonably necessary.

Our skincare products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Product descriptions and website content are provided for general information and are not medical advice.

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with them. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience an unexpected or serious reaction.

Individual results may vary. Nothing on our website guarantees a particular cosmetic result.

5. Orders and Formation of the Contract

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted, normally through an order or dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • The price or product information contains an obvious error.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

  • Delivery to the supplied address is unavailable.

  • The order exceeds a reasonable purchase limit.

  • We are legally prevented from supplying the product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method.

You must review your order and delivery details carefully before submitting it.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

The total payable amount, including any applicable delivery charge and taxes, will be displayed before you submit your order.

UK standard delivery may be included in the product price where expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.

International delivery charges are calculated or displayed separately before checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and handling charges imposed by the destination country unless we expressly state that these charges are included.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and our authorised payment providers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.

7. Discounts, Promotions and Creator Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values, eligible products and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Discount codes may not be combined with another offer.

  • Creator or influencer codes may be attributed to the relevant creator for tracking and commission purposes.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect an order that has already been accepted using a valid promotion.

Any misuse, unauthorised distribution or fraudulent use of a discount code may result in the code or affected order being cancelled.

8. Delivery

Our estimated dispatch and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe.

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you where practical and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay.

For consumer orders, the product remains at our risk until it is delivered into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive it.

If you nominate a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass to you when the product is handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.

Ownership of the product passes to you once we have received payment in full and the product has been delivered.

Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit or delivered to the wrong address.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by you where permitted by law.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For most online consumer purchases, you have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them.

Certain sealed goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return after the seal has been broken where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons.

This hygiene exception does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are normally responsible for return postage unless our Return and Refund Policy states otherwise.

Where you cancel an entire eligible UK order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge where one was paid. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or premium delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

Do not send a return to our registered office. You must first submit a return request through the available customer return process or contact us for approval and the correct return instructions.

10. Product Faults and Damage

Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us where applicable.

If you believe that a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and appropriate supporting information, such as photographs.

Where the product does not conform to the contract, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This may include a replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

We will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

11. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems or data.

  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Scrape, copy or systematically extract website content without permission.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

  • Use the website in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these requirements have been breached.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents, including our branding, product names, text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs and layout, are owned by or licensed to Organza Natural Skincare Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Shopify’s name, branding and technology remain the property of Shopify or its licensors.

13. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience where applicable.

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it.

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights.

  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading or obscene.

  • Any payment, free product or other incentive connected with the content has been appropriately disclosed.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and share submitted content for operating, improving and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.

You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove or decline to publish content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or separate terms and privacy practices.

You should review the applicable terms and policies before using a third-party service or purchasing a product from another business.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Relationship With Shopify

Organza Natural Skincare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services.

Any purchase made through our store is made directly between you and Organza Natural Skincare Limited. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, providing the product or administering your return.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not liable for claims arising solely from products purchased directly from us.

Nothing in this section affects any legal rights or remedies that cannot be excluded.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with your use of our store.

Shopify’s consumer privacy policy is available at:

https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users

17. Website Availability and Errors

We try to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If product, pricing, promotion, delivery or availability information contains an obvious error, we may correct it. If the error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund.

18. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights.

  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We supply products for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or business interruption arising from consumer use of our products or website.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, carrier interruption, industrial action, failure of telecommunications networks, natural disasters, civil emergencies or government restrictions.

Where such an event affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and keep you informed where practical.

If there is a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.

20. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using our website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or an account where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, comply with law, investigate fraud or address a material breach of these Terms.

Termination will not affect rights, obligations, payments or liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions that are intended to continue after termination, including those concerning intellectual property, liability, privacy and governing law, will remain effective.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not apply retrospectively to an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.

Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

22. Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, for example as part of a sale or restructuring of our business, provided that this does not reduce your legal rights.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

Any waiver will apply only to the specific circumstances in which it is given.

25. Third-Party Rights

Except for Shopify where expressly stated, no person other than you and Organza Natural Skincare Limited has the right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you will also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.

The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.

International customers retain any mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded in their country of residence.
